Lost In The Wild

Note: If you feel the game is getting stuck when the actual level loads, it is normal, please wait for some time (~10 seconds), so that all resources load completely and correctly. I have also added a Windows version, if you prefer it.

About The Game:

Trapped on a mysterious forest-covered island, a lone cowboy finds himself entangled in an ancient struggle. Stranded without a map, armed with only grit, instinct, and a few throwable rocks, he must battle hostile tribes, survive untamed wilderness, and ultimately earn his passage off the island. Explore, fight, and outwit your enemies in this third-person survival-action adventure that blends the grit of the Frontier with the mystery of being Lost in a Forest. Only by defeating the tribal leader and securing the sacred gold can you buy your escape and reclaim your freedom.

How To Play:

Objective: Escape the island by defeating all hostile tribes, collecting gold from the tribal boss, and paying the boatman.

1. Explore the Island - Navigate through dense forest terrain and tribal territories.

2. Avoid or Engage Tribes - Tribes patrol the forest.  Stay out of sight or throw rocks to defend yourself. The Red tribes have less vision but are fast and more powerful. The Blue tribes are slow and less powerful but have good vision like eagle.

3. There are magical plants in the forest. Red plants give you power and Yellow plants give you sprint energy.

4. Killing all tribe members summons the boss tribe.

5. Boss Fight - After eliminating all tribes, a powerful tribal boss appears. Defeat him to obtain gold. But beware, he spits dark energy.

6. Escape - Take the gold to the boatman at the edge of the island. Pay him to secure your escape and complete the game.

Controls:

• WASD/Arrow Keys to move.
• Mouse for free look.
• E/Enter/LMB for pick and throw.
• Space to jump.
• Shift-and-hold for sprint.
• Esc to go back/quit

It's Based Jam - Summer 2025: Together, the game captures the essence of a wild and lawless land (Frontier) in an unfamiliar, natural setting, making for a unique and immersive experience.

• The player wears a cowboy hat and embodies the spirit of a lone frontiersman - gritty, independent, and resourceful.
• The tribes and their leader represent untamed, lawless territories that must be conquered.
• The barter with the boatman echoes the rugged economics of the frontier—gold for survival.
